Interim Practice and Policy Lead

Contract type: Temporary Cover for three to four months

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) is the professional body for pharmacists and pharmacy in England, Scotland and Wales. Due to a temporary re-alignment of roles we have an exciting opportunity to work with the dynamic England team in the London office.

The ideal candidate will be a pharmacist with considerable experience of the NHS in England, an enthusiasm for developing pharmacy practice to improve patient outcomes, a good overall knowledge of current health policy and excellent communication skills.

The job will be for a minimum of three months but could be extended to four months. The role will primarily be to continue the work of the Practice and Policy lead working closely with other members of the team on specific projects to deliver the English Pharmacy Board business plan for 2018. 

There is scope to work either full time, part time, on a secondment or on a consultancy basis.
