K&W Healthcare is a network of 28 GP Practices based in North West London, providing healthcare services to over 150,000 registered patients. Our primary objective is to support GP Practices and services in the localities of Kingsbury and Willesden, to develop quality primary care for our patients and strive for continuous improvement in the delivery of primary healthcare services across the network. Clinical Pharmacy in General Practice is part of an exciting programme of transformation to develop a new model of care which addresses our ambition to deliver patient centered coordinated care across our member practices. Following a successful application to the NHS England Clinical Pharmacists in General Practice scheme, K&W Healthcare is looking to recruit 4 clinical pharmacists on behalf of its member practices. Post holders will work at one or more GP Practices in the locality and will be supported by a senior clinical pharmacist.

We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic Pharmacists to work as integral members of the multi-specialist general practice team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a major contribution to the improved health of this population; to build a high performance team; and to demonstrate the value of specialist pharmacy membership in a multi-disciplinary team. There would be opportunities to be involved in the training and development of the Practice Team.
