Wolverhampton School of Pharmacy wishes to appoint a Principal Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice. You will possess an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy and meaningful post-qualification professional experience and/or evidence of scholarly activity within the higher education sector.
To be considered for interview applicants should be registered practitioners.
You will have experience in clinical pharmacy practice, preferably including professional and/or academic management experience, and a track record in inter-professional practice and/or pharmacy education.
You should be highly motivated to pursue, develop and sustain a career in an academia and be capable of contributing to the full remit of work within a School of Pharmacy including teaching, academic administration and resource management. Effective time-management, the ability to work both independently using your own initiative and collaboratively are necessary skills and attributes.
You will be proficient in the use of information technology relevant to practice and/or higher education and must possess highly effective written and oral communication skills.
