Pharmacist Manager/ Long term locum - Bedford

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and adventurous Pharmacist Manager/ Long term locum.

You will be part of an enthusiastic team, encouraging learning and development and maintaining a professional and efficient service to your loyal customer base, in addition to maximising the business potential of the pharmacy.  You will be encouraged to bring your own ideas and aspirations to the post and will receive comprehensive support from Head Office.

Branch opening hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 -1.00  2.00-5.30 and Saturday 9 – 1, you will be expected to work occasional Saturdays.
 

There is an amazing team in place. This is a LOW volume pharmacy with huge potential to increase.

Candidates should have the following skills:

• Management experience with a strong people management and organisational skills
• Commercially aware and understand how to maintain and grow a pharmacy business
• Be able to take responsibility for driving new services and implementing and developing new aspects of the pharmacy contract
• An excellent communicator, who is confident in building relationships with local healthcare professionals

Provide excellent patient care and customer service.

GPHC registration. experience in dealing with MUR’s & NMS services, experience with supervised consumption all the QUALITY PAYMENT requirements is necessary for these positions.
