Screening Pharmacist - Derby
We’re one of the most experienced providers of clinical homecare in the UK and we are currently recruiting a Screening Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team based in Derby.
This is a varied role where you will gain exposure to prescription screening and act as a responsible pharmacist for our quality assurance (QA) team on site. You will have the opportunity to handle queries from patients and hospitals, and use your technical and product knowledge to solve problems.
We are looking for an experienced pharmacist who would like the opportunity to develop in clinical homecare.
You will be required to work 40 hours, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover and on-call duties when required. The working pattern for this role is 13:30pm - 22:00pm.
Our preferred candidate will have the following experience:
- Working in a Hospital or home healthcare pharmacy (desirable)
- Proficient in MS Office
You will also need to demonstrate that you have the following:
- Registration as a pharmacist with the GPhC
- Excellent attention to detail
- Systematic and structured approach to tasks and process
- Effective communicator with all levels of staff
- Possession of a full UK driving license
