Primary Care Network (PCN) Clinical Pharmacist

We have an exciting opportunity for full time and part time Clinical Pharmacists to work across GP practices in Newham within their Primary Care Network on a three year fixed term contract. The successful candidates will be hired by Newham Health Collaborative and will be deployed into newly formed Primary Care Networks across the Borough of Newham.

About Newham Health Collaborative

Newham Health Collaborative Ltd (NHC) is a GP Federation representing all the GP practices within the Newham borough boundaries. This covers a population of approximately 400,000* registered patients. We are established as a limited company, wholly owned by our 48 GP practice members.

The Role

In line with the GP five year forward view, this is an exciting opportunity for Clinical Pharmacists to fulfil one of the new roles in a Primary Care Network in Newham. The post holder will be part of the significant developments in primary care supporting the Network Clinical Director in improving the care of a diverse population of patients with care needs amongst the most challenging in London.

The Candidate

We would welcome applications from pharmacists working in all sectors of pharmacy. The successful candidates will need to have a Masters Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent experience), demonstrable post qualification experience and be able to demonstrate accountability for delivering professional expertise.
