About our Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Pharmacy Department at Noble's Hospital. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and suitably experienced pharmacist to lead the development of and improvements in Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (ePMA). You will have a key role in the development and strategic delivery of ePMA.
Noble’s Hospital has begun a major technological transformation programme to enhance patient safety and efficiency as part of the Isle of Man Government-led Digital Strategy.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead through providing strategic direction and development oversight for our new ePMA system and other Pharmacy systems for the Noble’s and Ramsey Hospitals on the Isle of Man.
Working with the Chief Pharmacist and his team, you will perform a key role providing clinical and professional oversight for both the implementation of our ePMA system and existing Pharmacy and Medicines Management systems.
Through engagement with clinical professionals and colleagues across the hospital campus you will bring about the change necessary to deliver improvements in patient safety and drive efficiency through the effective use of technology. You will ensure systems and processes are proactively monitored and adapted where required to optimise performance.

Relocation

This role may qualify for a recruitment incentive of £3,000 which will be payable in the 1st, 13th, and 25th months of employment.
