Salary Upto £58000
Description: Working with one of Scotland’s largest Independent pharmacy groups there is an excellent opportunity for an energetic GPHC registered Pharmacist or Technician looking to participate in a wide range of business development initiatives. Whilst reporting to the Managing Director and Deputy Superintendent Pharmacist you will spend 3 days per week working in various branches across your area alongside the teams you manage, and 2 days will be field based activities involving monitoring and developing the individual pharmacy businesses
Person Specification: You will have experience in managing, coaching and developing teams and always lead by example. Having previous multi-site, field-based or operational management experience in pharmacy is essential
