Clinical Pharmacist

Flexible hours - around 12 hours per week

£29,917 - £37,389 per annum (prorata to 42 hours)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to join our school and college, supporting up to 170 students with physical disabilities in Alton, Hampshire.   This brand new role will provide comprehensive medication services to support the onsite GPs and nursing team, working closely with our pharmacy technician in continuing to develop our medication processes. You will be familiar with using an electronic MAR, and support us to continue to administer more than 270,000 doses of medication and enteral feed each year.   

You should have a passion for supporting disabled young people to access good health care and use your clinical experience to review, and input, their often complex medication regimes.  Our ideal candidate will take pride in detailed and careful work, be able to work independently, as well as within a large and diverse MDT. Candidates should have an pharmacy degree, GPhC registration and have at least two years post-graduate experience.
