Description: Our client is an ever-expanding community pharmacy business that firmly believe to serve the community, requires a constant commitment and professional attitude to its healthcare needs. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate Pharmacist Manager to join their fabulous team based in Ledbury, Herefordshire, to place a drive on the additional services being provided and to lead the multi-disciplined team from the front.

You will lead an enthusiastic team, to continue the growth and success of the services currently being provided. You will be an individual who is passionate about customer service as well as the local community. Our client places huge emphasis on providing a positive working environment that benefits the employees and in turn the community.

The support provided by the company for the right candidate is exceptional. They have a very experienced team of senior regional managers to aid the new pharmacist manager where required. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join an organisation with a passion for providing, exceptional standards of customer service throughout all services.

There is a wonderful team in place and the branch does around 12,000 items and offers a range of services. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm with a rota for working Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm. You will be working in a friendly environment with the support of an experienced and friendly team.

There is also an opportunity to develop your management experience and to take on a larger regional role.

Person Specification: All candidates wishing to apply for the role, will require a current valid GPHC registration. Ideally a minimum of 2 years management experience along with experience in dealing with MUR’s & NMS services.
