We are a group of 11 General Practices looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Primary Care Network. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, adapt and is enthusiastic and forward thinking with regards to medicines management and patient safety, the role will involve completing clinical audits, searches, face to face interactions with patients and clinical teams, helping all the practices to achieve the aims as set out in the PCN DES
