We are looking for Clinical and Senior Clinical Pharmacists across Eastern region required for a new and exciting role within our newly formed Primary Care Networks (PCNs) as per the Additional Role Scheme in Primary Care to support a group of GP Surgeries within your preferred geographical area.
This is a brilliant opportunity for Clinical and Senior Clinical Pharmacists to support the effective delivery of patient care in GP practices within a defined Primary Care Network (PCN) by utilising pharmaceutical skills to embed the principles of medicines optimisation within the wider practice teams.
These are Full Time roles, but hours can be flexible depending on individual commitments.
Person Specification: To succeed in this role you must be fully qualified Pharmacist with GPHC registration.
