Salary: £60,000 - £75,000pa
Description: We are working with a small independent group of pharmacies based across London with a midlands site.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced superintendent to have a pivotal say in the direction of the group.
The role will involve visiting branches and doing observations whilst taking on Superintendent Pharmacist duties as well as managing operational aspects of the business. These duties will include:
Deliver Branch Item and Services Targets
Responsible for the delivery of Additional Services
Driving profitability of the pharmacies
Ensure the business is legally compliant with all aspects of Health and Safety legislation
GPHC ratings/inspections
Ensure SOP’s and the safety and effective provision of pharmacy services are reviewed regularly.
Pharmacy Efficiency
Staffing
Building and developing External Relationships
The company will provide fantastic support for this exciting opportunity.
Person Specification: You will be a qualified pharmacist with experience as a superintendent, and background in multi-site management.
