***Exciting opportunities have arisen for pharmacy staff***

We are looking for skilled and highly motivated pharmacists, technicians and assistants to join the friendly pharmacy team at KGH. These post holders will be integral to the success of an innovative new service delivery to wards and clinical areas. You will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated ward pharmacy team on a medical ward, with the support of senior colleagues. Our vibrant and innovative team are undertaking an exciting transformation to deliver hands on pharmaceutical care to patients. This is an excellent prospect for those pharmacists, technicians and assistants that want to focus on clinical patient care working in a multidisciplinary team. The pharmacy team recently had great success with our pilot phase of the dedicated ward pharmacy project, where we were able to demonstrate improvements in quality, safety and financial metrics - would you like to be part of this exciting period at KGH Pharmacy?

Successful applicants will form an integral part of a dynamic team, pushing the boundaries of effective and efficient patient care. Candidates should have strong communication skills, with a willingness to learn and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care.

Kettering is well placed - only an hour from London, within easy reach of Cambridge, Leicester and Peterborough, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. If required, subsidised accommodation may be available for a specified period. If you would like the opportunity to gain experience working within our team and you share our commitment to excellence in delivering patient care, then we would like to hear from you.

We are holding a recruitment evening event on 9th June 2022, from 5pm to 8pm, where suitable candidates will have the opportunity to view the pharmacy department and speak to staff during the recruitment evening.
