Permanent part-time and full-time positions available, as well as a fixed term opportunity.
We’ve made Northland DHB much more than just a place to come to work. Every day brings opportunities to leave things better than you found them. You can make an impact on your community and on your own professional development – all whilst enjoying a flexible and healthy work-life balance.
Northland DHB is committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and holds stewardship for equitable health outcomes for Māori as Tāngata Whenua as the highest priority.
Right now, we are looking for exceptional Clinical Pharmacists to join our team here at Whangarei Hospital. We currently have permanent part time and full time positions available, and a full time fixed term opportunity which will end in April 2023.
We also have the following roles available:
- Clinical Pharmacy Team Leader (1.0FTE) Informatics Pharmacist (1.0FTE) Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist (0.5FTE)
To be successful for this role, you must be registered with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand, as well as hold a current practising certificate.
Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is advantageous, but not essential, and working within the Pharmacy will see you work autonomously and flexibly as you will be responsible for managing your own workload. Relocation support can also be provided.
A career with Northland DHB will see you action meaningful change in the region we love, and in your professional development – all whilst enjoying everything the stunning North has to offer. You really can enjoy the best of both.
