A fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacist to manage an independent community pharmacy with career progression. An independent community pharmacy in Saint Neots is seeking for an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacist to join and manage their branch. Our client is seeking for an individual who will also be keen and willing to eventually become the superintendent of this

pharmacy, therefore this is a great opportunity for a Pharmacist wanting to take the next step in their career or broaden their skill set, as the successful candidate will have the autonomy to make their own decisions. **Client is happy to offer a permanent contract OR long-term locum employment for this role. Key Duties Perform administrative tasks. Respond to patients' symptoms and advise on medicines for sale in pharmacies. Delivery of company targets, staff management and patient safety. Lead, coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performance. Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines. Monitor and ensure customers are prescribed the correct medicines. Be willing to progress to the superintendent position in future (salary will be reviewed at this point also). The pharmacy is currently dispensing 9,000 items per month.
