Lancashire and
South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust . This is a
LOCUM
opportunity for the duration of 12-weeks with the likelihood of extension. This is a full-time placement with 37.5 hours per week available. Part-time applications will be considered.

Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist
Pay Rate:
£35.00 LTD p/h + £250 Welcome Bonus Location : Ormskirk, West Lancashire
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00 | 37.5 Hours | Part-time roles considered
Key Responsibilities: To ethically lead a professional, cost effective, timely and accurate dispensing service to patients of the trust. To provide a clinical pharmacy and medicines management service and adhere to trust policies, procedures and clinical standards. To be able to provide knowledgeable pharmaceutical advice to healthcare professionals. Essential: Registered with the GPhC Degree or equivalent in Pharmacy Mental Health Experience
