Based predominantly at their head office in Walsall, you will supervise a small cluster of pharmacy branches across the Midlands and South West England. You will oversee KPI achievements, manage branch / team performances, and cover leave and absences, as
well as encompassing basic managerial aspects of the role. Role Responsibilities for the Regional Pharmacist Manager Working in partnership with the healthcare team using your own intuition, expertise, and experience to deliver complete care solutions for our customers and patients. Setting the standard of what a brilliant pharmacy 'looks and feels like’ from an operational perspective by working in partnership with your Pharmacist Managers and their teams. Accountable for professional pharmacy legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy. Actively supporting the development, education, and training of colleagues; building pharmacy capability of store teams.
