We are currently seeking a Pharmacistto join our client’s team and lead our pharmacy operations in Exmouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction, managing

inventory and financials, and leading the team to meet operational and business objectives. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to pharmacists and support staff Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and best practices Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock Monitor and maintain financials, including billing and reimbursement Develop and implement strategies to meet operational and business objectives Ensure patient safety and satisfaction through effective communication and service Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required Participate in continuing education and professional development activities Requirements: Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution Valid Registration with the GPhc Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist Proven leadership and management skills Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, regulations, and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite We welcome applications from experienced Community Pharmacist Managers who are motivated, self-starters and have a strong desire to deliver outstanding patient care.
