An independent community pharmacy are seeking for a driven pharmacist manager to join their hard working team at a successful Doncaster branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacist who is seeking to take on a new challenge to use and broaden their skill set. This fast-paced branch is located at the heart of a residential area, close to the local amenities. There is an efficient and

approachable team in place, regular demands for advice from patients and a wide range of services on offer. This is an opportunity for a pharmacist to have autonomy and implement their own ideas, whilst being supported by the staff team and supervisor. This is a Monday - Friday role, client can be flexible to suit your preferred working patterns (4 day week option available also). Key Duties Lead and manage a team of staff. Enhance existing services and create opportunity for new ones. Ensure that our customers and patients get the best possible service every time they visit our Pharmacy. Have line management accountability. Ensuring that all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered. Maintaining safe operation and appearance by complying with NHS, GPhC and other regulatory policies, procedures and standards.
