We are looking for an enthusiastic pharmacist with excellent clinical and managerial skills to work as a senior pharmacist in Women & Children speciality. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop clinical and leadership skills. Main Duties of the Role Working closely with the multidisciplinary team and taking a proactive and leading role in implementing evidence based practice. Training of the pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams including Trainee, Foundation and Specialist pharmacists. Management of medicine shortages, ensuring that risk assessments are undertaken where needed. Attendance in governance and clinical meetings. Develop and implement new protocols and procedures, and assist in development of pharmaceutical aspects of policies. Proactive in taking part in research opportunities. Develop your existing role as an independent prescriber, or working towards this goal.
