A Community Pharmacy group in Cambridge is looking for a Qualified Salaried Community Pharmacy Manager who has the ability to support the development of the business as well as delivering the clinical
role. This Community group are a forward thinking company and look forward to hiring someone whoaspires to new challenges. There is an opportunity for IP training if interested. Key Duties You will need to have the ability to lead, upkeep training and manage your team. Aspiration to drive the business forward and meet patient needs to the best of your ability is key. Maintain quality of care given, follow SOPs and update when required. Standards of medicines received, stored, recorded must be ongoing and kept to a high standard, including those medicines subject to controlled drugs regulations. Interactions with healthcare professionals, local businesses and key services is key to Pharmacy. Package and Benefits Up to £62,000 Auto enrolment pension scheme. Staff discount scheme. On Sight Parking Bonus Scheme Commision Pay 8 hour days Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements You will need to have accreditation for services such as EHC, MUR, NMS and Flu vaccination. You must be willing to do additional services, as requested by Superintendent Pharmacist, such as phlebotomy, Flu vaccines, Travel Clinic and private PGDs. You need to be upto date clinically and be willing to work well as part of the pharmacy team. Need to be willing to be a pre reg tutor. Opportunity for IP training if interested.
