Small pharmacy group in Chard has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Pharmacist in Community Pharmacy. You will be working across 3 branches and have the chance to broaden your knowledge, enhance your clinical skills, and positively impact the lives of diverse patient populations. in multidisciplinary teams, and your desire to continuously grow and learnJoin this team to be a part of a dynamic, supportive environment dedicated to making a difference Key Duties Work across 3 branches Dispensing Medications: Ensure accurate dispensing, labelling, and distribution of prescribed medications. Medication Counselling: Provide patient-centered counselling and advice on safe medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Clinical Services: Offer clinical services like blood pressure monitoring, cholesterol screening, and vaccinations, promoting preventive healthcare and more. Patient Education: Educate patients about their medications, empowering them to make informed decisions and take an active role in their healthcare journey. Compliance: Maintain accurate records, adhere to state and federal regulations regarding medication dispensing, controlled substances, and patient privacy. Package and Benefits £50 000 - £70 000 depending on experience 3 weeks holiday + BH Well staffed team with fantastic support Excellent training from Superintend Pharmacist Bonus schemes to be discussed Support for IP progression Tier 2 sponsorship available Newly qualified pharmacists welcome Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate dispensing and labelling of medications and adhere to compliance guidelines. Empathy and Compassion: Ability to understand and empathize with patients needs, providing compassionate care and support.
