A Pharmacy Manager job has opened in Newport . This post is an excellent opportunity to join a very well established and forward thinking organisation. The pharmacy prides itself on its customer satisfaction, and is located in the heart of a residential area within Newport. The duties of the job will include
the general management of the business and clinical aspects of the pharmacy. This is a fairly small site which is easily reached and with ample parking nearby. You will be training staff and ensuring the smooth running of the pharmacy, which includes maintaining medicine availability and also your team's knowledge Key Duties Maintaining excellent customer service Managing the team including training and appraisals Advising and dispensing medication, dealing with medical enquiries Maintaining relationships with external bodies General business management Package and Benefits Full time, permanent, over Monday to Friday £45,000 with a review after probation period Benefits of a larger company but personal touches from an independent site Annual bonus and fee reimbursement Company sick pay and pension Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements Fully qualified Pharmacist, registered on the GPhC UK Experienced Pharmacist, previous time within community setting Management/leadership experience What Happens Next?
