Pharmacy Manager required for this successful and expanding Independent Pharmacy. This well-appointed Pharmacy is in the heart of a community, situated within a variety of amenities. The store is well-staffed with ACT's/ACD's and other dispensing assistance, and this opportunity provides further training and progression. The client understands that as a Pharmacist, you will want to expand your knowledge with developmental opportunities, hold clinics and expand your services knowledge. **MUST be a registered Pharmacist on the UK GPhC** *Newly Qualified Pharmacists welcome to apply* Hours of work: 9am-6.30pm (1 hr unpaid lunch), Monday to Thursday, 34hours per week Key Duties Help achieve the goals that are set and maintain store profitability Work within a close team of ACTs, ACDs, Dispensers, HCA's and drivers Develop current relationships with surgeries and care homes and facilitate the acquisition of more business Learn how the business gets paid and support the company with reviewing all claims and suggesting how we can remain profitable and grow Develop the business & its services and grow with us! Package and Benefits £44,000 - £47,000p/a (Negotiable depending on experience) If you are required to work a Friday or Saturday, this would be paid at time and a half as per company policy, unless otherwise agreed with senior management 5 weeks AL (Excl.
