Successful group of community pharmacies is looking for a Pharmacist to join one of their branches in Doncaster. This newly built, modern village branch is situated next to a GP surgery that provides high footfall, and there is a well-established team in place. There is a large shop floor that provides the opportunity to increase over the counter sales, and there are
collection lockers for patients. A steady-paced environment, currently dispensing around 8,000 items per month. As the pharmacist on site you will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager to deliver great service, stock control, operational and GPhC standards. Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 08:15 - 18:45. NO Weekends. Key Duties Maintaining a professional and welcoming approach to all aspects of the role To check prescription medicines to patients, checking the form, strength, dosage and ensuring that medicines are correctly and safely labelled and supplied Providing expert clinical advice to customers To abide by the GPhC code of ethics, observing and applying all professional, ethical and legal obligations Build strong working relationships with colleagues and health care professionals To keep up to date with current pharmacy practice, new drugs and their uses for the purpose of continuing professional development Package and Benefits Competitive salary Westfield Health Plan (Level 2) and Rewards (online discount platform) AXA PPP Healthcare Death In Service Policy Unum Income Protection Plan Pension Scheme Staff Discount 5 Weeks Holiday (pro rata) plus Bank Holidays Bonus Scheme Referral Scheme Internal Career Opportunities Parking is available on-site Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements GPhC Registration (required) What Happens Next?
