A successful independent community pharmacy is looking for a hard-working individual to manage the branch on a full time basis (permanent contract OR long term locum). Managerial experience is preferred, but not essential. The successful candidate will work
closely alongside the owner to grow and develop the branch further, which will provide great experience in the pharmacy business and allow for professional career progression. Key Duties Work as part of and manage a team to ensure the store runs smoothly. Have leadership skills and be business minded. Ensuring that all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered. This role allows for a lot of autonomy so use of initiative is important. Monday to Friday, no weekends. Package and Benefits Great support and training - work closely with the owner. Annual leave entitlement as well as bank holidays. GPhC fees paid by employer. Opportunity to progress internally.
