Popular Independent Pharmacy requires a Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily running of the branch. **Pre-Reg's due to qualify in the summer encouraged to apply** *MUST be a qualified Pharmacist with valid or pending GPhC registration in the UK* The Pharmacy is in a great location in Northumberland, with an easy commute from Newcastle or South Shields. Situated within a pleasant residential area, the Pharmacy has an established rapport with the wider community, ensuring continuity in line with best
care practice. The successful applicant will focus on delivering services so must have excellent communication and people skills.There will be robust support for Newly Qualified Pharmacists or Pharmacists as they embark on a their first managerial position with guidance from the Pharmacy Director, as well as excellent training and developmental opportunities. The position is also open to those who already have experience as a manager, and who would like to make a change to a more supportive and well-staffed organisation. Key Duties Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store. Lead, coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performance. Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines. Administer immunisations and vaccines to patients. Monitor and ensure customers are prescribed the correct medicines. Package and Benefits Excellent NQ'd rates of pay (Negotiable) Newly Qualified Pharmacist: £1,500 bonus at 6 months upon targets being met Pharmacist: £1,500 at 12 months upon targets being met Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm, Sat 9am - 12pm (Negotiable to 1:2) 28 days holiday Earn extra holidays every year Pension Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements MUST be a qualified Pharmacist with valid UK GPhC Registration OR MUST be due to qualify in the summer 2023 with pending UK GPhC Registra What Happens Next?
