development post qualifyin g. A fantastic independent pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacist to manage their Retford branch. Our client is seeking for an enthusiastic Pharmacist who is driven to grow the branch by building a successful professional relationship with the health centre next
door. This branch is run fully electronically and is well supported by friendly and skilled staff, and our client believes in investing back into their staff to promote a healthy and supportive work culture. All managerial training will be provided by the
owner themselves who has over 25 years experience in community pharmacy - this is a rare and extremely valuable opportunity to a recently qualified pharmacist seeking to expand their skill set. Key Duties Work as part of a team to ensure excellent patient care. Build a professional relationship with the surgery attached to the branch to drive services. Enhance existing services and create opportunity for new ones. Increase script volume. Ensure that our customers and patients get the best possible service every time they visit our Pharmacy. Ensuring that all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered. Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm. Package and Benefits GPhC feed paid. Company pension scheme.
