Our client is currently seeking a professional and friendly GPhC registered Pharmacist Manager to join their branch in Boughton (CH2) on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm (4 days will be considered). Salary and Package: Up to £28 per hour DOE, plus sign on bonus, reimbursement of professional fees, career progression opportunities and more! Ideal Requirement for the Pharmacist Manager GPhC registered Pharmacist. Master’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm). Ideally some experience of managing a community pharmacy. Willingness and enthusiasm to get involved and provide a hands-on approach to running the pharmacy effectively. Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager Responsible for managing a team to provide clinical integrity through the adherence to company procedures, relevant legislation, and codes of ethics. Get involved in running the pharmacy effectively, including answering the phone, serving customers etc. Ensure that efficiency and high levels of patient service are maintained at all times. Demonstrate a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Foster good working relationships with other healthcare professionals.
