An exciting new position for a Pharmacy Manager at an independent pharmacy in Treorchy, South Wales. **MUST be a Qualified Pharmacist with current or pending GPhC Registration** This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking company, who encourage and support all of their pharmacists (especially NQ'd) to develop their professional skills, and also to become Independent Prescribers if not already (IP Preferred). The state of the art PMR system, PharmacyX, seconds as a dispensary management system which will free up the majority of the Pharmacy Manager's time to be able to focus on patient care and clinical services. to private services. This client wants their staff to be motivated to provide the best care to the community possible. Therefore, there are performance based bonuses based on clinical service uptake, to complement an already, very competitive salary. Salary Range: £50,000p/a (NQ'd Pharmacist) - £65,000p/a (Experienced IP) *Newly Qualified Pharmacists encouraged to apply*
**Easily commutable from surrounding areas and 5 minutes walk from the train station** Key Duties Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri 9am - 5:30pm, Thurs and Sat 9am - 12.30pm IP qualified preferred but not essential Must be qualified in CPCS Oversee the day to day running of the branch Package and Benefits 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).
