Specialist Clinical Pharmacist Full Time - 37.5 hours Salary - Competitive + Benefits + Training and Development The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our pharmacy team and participate in the provision of a high quality, patient centred clinical pharmacy service at our Wellington location , ensuring safe, optimal, cost effective medicines usage • You will already have experience of working as a clinical pharmacist in hospital and will actively contribute to the provision and development of a high quality, patient-centric, evidence-led responsive clinical pharmacy service to all patients a the Wellington. • You will undertake and contribute to daily clinical pharmacy ward rounds and participate in the delivery of multi-disciplinary care, to optimise patient outcomes. • You will contribute to quality, governance, clinical audit and assurance of pharmacy services
across campus. • You will work with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist in developing the service lines with the Pharmacy Department and Hospital strategies Skills and Experience MPharm or equivalent.(Essential)
Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). (Essential)
Post graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent, achieved/ in progress. (Essential)
Significant post registration experience in delivering a clinical pharmacy service to wards & patient care locations. (Essential)
Independent Prescriber qualification or prepared to/undertaking this qualification: (Desirable).
Experience of delivering education & training to undergraduate & post graduate pharmacy and multidisciplinary staff. (Desirable)
