What you'll do in this role You'll join a community pharmacy with a strong team of 1 team leader and 2 pharmacy assistants, that dispenses 4500 items a month. Working alongside your team, you'll see that every customer gets outstanding service. The pharmacy offers NHS services such as flu and pneumonia vaccinations, NMW, blood pressure checks and smoking cessation to healthcare patients, locals and residents alike. Meanwhile, investment in new technologies means the pharmacy has a new PMR system and centralised dispensing, so orders happen faster. As a Pharmacist, you'll have an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager to help you progress and excel in your role.
