Weldricks Pharmacy have an opportunity for customer focussed individuals to join our growing team of Relief Pharmacy Assistants with our Relief Team working 24 hours per week, Monday, Thursday, and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with 30 Minutes lunch break.
We are passionate about our people and believe in career development. Many of our Relief Pharmacy Assistants move on to become Supervisors, Accuracy Checking Assistants/Technicians, or Dispensing Technicians too!
About the Role
Permanent contract
Hourly rate from £8.56 to £11.49 depending on age.
Full training provided.
NVQ level 2 - Pharmacy Services qualification course

What will you be doing?
Our Relief Pharmacy Assistants are key in ensuring that Weldricks Pharmacy provide
customers and patients with the highest quality care and advice within the
communities our branches operate.
Joining our team, we'll show you how to provide a high standard of customer care to
maximise sales and increase items dispensed, whilst maintaining good stock
control and merchandising. When required, you will assist in the dispensing of
prescriptions, under professional supervision, providing a first-class level of
service to our loyal customers and patients.

Essential Skills
Right to Work in the UK Full Drivers Licence and own vehicle, you will be required to travel to various branches within the company Full training will be provided, and we'll show you what it takes to excel as a Relief Pharmacy Assistant. About Company
HI Weldrick Ltd (trading as Weldricks Pharmacy) have a pharmacy tradition dating back to the 1930s when our late founder's grandmother opened her first pharmacy in Doncaster Town Centre. Remaining true to his vision our business remains 100% family owned.
With a commitment to community healthcare we have steadily grown to 63 pharmacies, still concentrated in South Yorkshire with over 600 trained staff including over 80 pharmacists, 9 of who are clinical pharmacists. We have had an internet presence since 1998.
Our ongoing commitment to staff development ensures the Weldricks team are able to provide exceptional healthcare advice and service both to our local and online communities. While our aim is not to make any mistakes we recognise they will happen occasionally. When they do we commit to communicate with our customer, do our best to put the problem right, then identify the cause of the error and learn from it.
Listing over 8,000 health and beauty products and prescription medicines, it is our aim to meet your needs in a professional manner.
Our on-line service is supervised by fully qualified pharmacists and technicians . All medicine sales are authorised and checked before being dispatched to you. If necessary, we may contact you to ask further questions and ensure that the medicine is suitable for you. Our on-line customer service team are available to give professional healthcare advice in a confidential environment either by email or telephone.
