Manager your role is to effectively engage with a new and highly significant group of customers on a peer to peer level. You will work a defined territory working with PCN/Cluster pharmacists and other key customers in the NHS across primary care within the respiratory environment. Promoting GSK's inhaled therapy medications for the treatment of COPD. Be accountable for the achievement of sales growth and delivery of activity targets across a defined group of customers, implementing excellently versus Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Demonstrate a high level of selling skills to ensure medicines in the therapy area are prescribed in appropriate patients. Identify and access Clinical Pharmacists, Practice-based Pharmacists, Medicines Optimisation Pharmacists, Clinical Directors, and other key customers directly involved in COPD in primary care (and secondary care respiratory pharmacists where applicable in some localities) Engage in peer to peer clinical discussion with pharmacists to help support and educate them. Engage in multi-channel promotion to fit in with both healthcare professional and business need. Commit to complete therapy area training and individual self-upskilling of current NHS level and local policies on COPD. Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Qualified Pharmacist Experience of networking proficiently with key decision makers involved in primary care networks and integrated care systems Practical knowledge of the NHS and navigating senior stakeholders, influencing long term patient management strategy In depth understanding of NHS decision making process, including knowledge of the funding agreements and flow in the region Proficient presentation skills - engage groups of clinicians through presentation of company produced promotional and scientific materials Relationships with the key decision makers at a local level would be highly desirable, along with Key Opinion Leader networks and other clinical centers to expand business reach Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply: Experience in primary care and working with respiratory patients.
