26 minutes away from Cowes Ferry Terminal. Currently our core hours of operation in

Pharmacy operates between 07:30 - 17:30

This position isfull time 37.5 hours

a week andyou’ll receive an annual salary up to £62,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience. What you'll be doing

At Practice Plus Group our pharmacy teams ensure medicines optimisation is embedded into everyday practice. You'll be responsible for The provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service. Working closely with the Head of Healthcare and the multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the provision of service meets the contractual obligations. The role involves providing daily expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring that a safe but modern medicines management service is provided to prisoners. You will lead a team of support staff and work closely with a range of clinicians and non-clinicians from Primary Care, Mental Health, and other health partners in ensuring effective delivery of pharmacy services.If you are interested incareer development,we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include bothinternal and external optionsfor development and learning.
