Job Description Location: Middlesex The post holder will be a qualified pharmacist holding an independent prescribing qualification, who acts within their professional boundaries as part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of GPs, ANPs, Physician Associates, Paramedics and First Contact Physios. You will receive continuous professional development through our nationally renowned GP-led training programme, as well as focused training to develop your digital clinical skills. Your support network will include a clinical supervisor and an extended admin, management team. Additional training will be provided for any areas of identified development. Overview of responsibilities: Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice Delivery of safe, clinical decision making and expert care. Work collaboratively with all members of the multi-professional team. Drive innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
