Job DescriptionWe are not a typical community Pharmacy. We do not intend to become one.Pharmacierge, is the UK's premier private pharmacy, combining time-saving e-prescribing apps with convenient medication home delivery. Based and rooted in the Harley Street Medical Area, Pharmacierge already caters to a national network of over 4,500 GP and Consultant users, spanning all medical specialties.You'll be working in 5,500 sq. ft of newly renovated dispensary space, assisted by a 10m dispensing robot. This cutting-edge technology ensures that our clinician users have access to the broadest medication formulary in the private pharmacy pathway.Most importantly, you'll become part of our exceptional team of Pharmacists, Technicians, Dispensers and Patient Support Staff, delivering an empathetic and professional experience for patients and clinicians alike.Our Logistics Team manages all aspects of packaging and parcel preparation, as well as managing incoming and outgoing deliveries from the dispensary. We are looking for an energetic and detail-orientated Pharmacy Logistics Operator to join this busy and fast-paced team.RequirementsAs a Pharmacy Logistics Operator your responsibilities will include, though not be limited to:Packaging and despatching patient's medication, using our internal systemsEnsuring medicines are stored and packaged correctlyReplenishing dispensary supplies Communicating with patients, colleagues and clinicians over email and phone regarding deliveriesAssisting the Logistics Team Lead with despatch queriesAs with all our employees, you'll also be asked to:Ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner and logistical deadlines are met. Act as an ambassador for the business, presenting Pharmacierge in a positive way to patients, couriers, clinicians and colleaguesWork flexibly and efficiently to meet patient needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standardsMaintain confidentiality and a heightened awareness of premises securityTo be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:Some experience of, or an interest in, working in a healthcare environment with an interest in distribution/stock control systemsA supportive nature - and good team-playing mentalityBeing capable of working towards performance targets The ability to work efficiently in a high-pressured environmentHours of work, 42.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday - Participate in bank holiday working, as per the rotaBenefitsSalary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependant on experience)Private Healthcare Insurance (after minimum term)20 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) - increasing with tenureCompany-wide bonus (after minimum term)Govt approved share option scheme after 1 yearEmployee discounts platform
