Company Description Surgery in Harlow Essex
Role Description This is a part-time on-site role as a Clinical Pharmacist located in Harlow(Essex). As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients in a clinical setting, assessing medication histories and making recommendations for optimal drug therapy, monitoring patients' medication regimens, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use. You will also have the opportunity to educate patients and healthcare staff on medication-related topics.
Qualifications Registered as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy Experience in a clinical setting, such as a hospital or community healthcare center Excellent knowledge of medications, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical guidelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
