Job DescriptionJob Title: Clinical PharmacistPosition: PermanentLocation: Remote, but travelling required to support areas (Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Swindon - Around 50% from home, 50% at GP surgeriesSalary: £45k (£47k with IP and PCN experience)Notes:Experience in Bone Health, Asthma or Diabetes neededLooking for flexible and eager individualsCar allowance providedWe are looking for pharmacists to join the team! Join us in this exciting role where you will utilise your clinical expertise and commercial acumen to support patients with chronic conditions in primary care settings.As a clinical pharmacist, your responsibilities will include aiding practices with clinical tools, identifying opportunities for clinical reviews, ensuring adherence to protocols, and fostering awareness of the company within primary care settings.
