Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS Trusts Mental Health Unit in the Blackburn area. They are looking for someone to work 3 days per week, between Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:30. Key Duties: • Clinical review of prescriptions and patient-orientated medication review • Provision of specialist pharmaceutical advice to multi-disciplinary teams • Involvement of patients in decisions about their medicines to support adherence and improve outcomes • Potential to utilise non-medical prescribing skills within the role outline • Opportunity to influence the development of services to improve patient care through service redesign • Participation in clinical audit and service evaluation • Supervision of junior pharmacy staff • Contribution to the training and development of junior pharmacy team members and other members of the multi-disciplinary team • Participation in the clinical supervision programme • Input to the development of policies and procedures and treatment guidelines • Contribute to initiatives to improve medicines safety Requirements: * GPhC registration * Post qualifying pharmacist experience (preferably within the NHS, however not essential) Company benefits: * Great development opportunities * 24/7 Assistance * Free DBS Check and Mandatory Online Training Modules * Weekly payroll * Referral Benefit Scheme
