Clinical Pharmacist - Stafford - up to £26p/hr

Responsibilities:
Provide and adjust clinical info, persuade on management.
Analyse and advise on complex scenarios and drug treatment.
Propose policy changes, organize training, and support teams.
Participate in audits, maintain compliance, and attend meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
In depth therapeutic and clinical knowledge and understanding of the principles of evidence- based healthcare.
Master’s degree in pharmacy
Specialist knowledge obtained through postgraduate diploma level or equivalent training/experience.
Independent prescribing qualification (or in progress)
