Main duties of the job Work independently as a pharmacist prescriber in haematology clinics. Act as a role model for junior pharmacists in haematology and assist in education and training initiatives. Ensure safe and effective provision of clinical pharmacy services to haematology patients at both outpatient and inpatient levels. Ensure oral SACT patients receive appropriate counselling and support with their medication. Support the Advanced Clinical Pharmacists and Consultant Pharmacists in further development of the clinical pharmacy service. Support the research and development portfolio within the pharmacy department.
