The client will also support and encourage you to develop your own research interests and to develop yourself as a specialist clinical pharmacist in the haematology field. Main duties of the job Work independently as a pharmacist prescriber in haematology clinics. Act as a role model for junior pharmacists in haematology and assist in education and training initiatives. Ensure safe and effective provision of clinical pharmacy services to haematology patients at both outpatient and inpatient levels. Ensure oral SACT patients receive appropriate counselling and support with their medication. Support the Advanced Clinical Pharmacists and Consultant Pharmacists in further development of the clinical pharmacy service. Support the research and development portfolio within the pharmacy department. Requirements of the Pharmacist: To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria: Fully qualified pharmacist with Full Registration. Experience working in the UK.
