Lead and train the production team, ensuring adherence to GMP standards. Coordinate staff schedules and oversee maintenance of production equipment. Assist in the development and management of quality systems. Participate in the management team at a strategic level.
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in radiopharmaceuticals Managerial or supervisory experience is essential. Equipment validation experience is an advantage. Applicants should have a strong knowledge of radiopharmacy production but may currently manage another department (e.g. QC, research or engineering). Skills/Attributes: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
