TFS Healthcare are delighted to be working alongside a Hospital who are looking for an experienced, patient focused Mental Health Clinical Pharmacist. You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and ensure safe and effective medication therapy.

*About this role of a Clinical Pharmacist:* * This role required you to be on your feet working across the Mental Health ward, Monday - Friday. * Supervise, manage and coordinate the work of pharmacy technicians assigned to ward services, ensuring they achieve the required level of competency to support the delivery of high-quality services to patients. * Make use of appropriate organisational change management strategies to prepare, manage and support the change processes, ensuring that clinical benefit is a key driver. * Being an active member of the Pharmacy department and to ensure continuous two-way exchange of information to maintain high standards of medicines use within the Trust. * Undertake clinical structured medication reviews with patients taking high risk drugs (within scope of professional practice) and review for ongoing need and appropriate monitoring, making recommendations to senior staff/GP as appropriate.

*What we expect from you:* * Registered with the General Pharmaceutical (GPhC) * Minimum 2 years UK clinical experience * Experience working as a mental health pharmacist is essential. * Experience working in Hospital or NHS experience is preferred * This position requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to £55.00 per hour
