We are looking for aClinical Pharmacistwith hospital experience to join a collaborative pharmacy team in a Guildford based Hospital. This full-time role comes with a salary ofup to £60,000and many excellent benefits.
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the Pharmacy team. Accepting applications fromGPhC (UK) Registered Pharmacistswith experience in a hospital setting. During your first few weeks in this Clinical Pharmacist role, you can expect to: Provide a comprehensive and effective patient centred clinical pharmacy service to designated wards. You will have the opportunity to work in various clinical disciplines. Lead on and develop elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience. Contribute proactively to ensure optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist.
