Requirement for; Band 5 MMT Pharmacy Technician at Chelsea & Westminster NHS Trust

- Start date: ASAP

- End date: 3 months (potential to be extended, service dependent)

- Monday to Friday (full time)

Skills/Experience required:

* role is based on Acute Medicine Unit / Satellite pharmacy on AMU / ward based role * working pattern Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with 1hr lunch break * must have NVQ level 3 in pharmacy services or equivalent / Btec level 3 * important: medicines management and hospital experience * experience in taking medication histories, reconciliation, dispensing, patient counselling * ideally experience using hospital dispensing and prescribing systems e.g. Cerner, JAC, WellSky
