About the Role:
As the Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading and co-ordinating the day to day operations of the pharmacy. This includes team development, and ensuring the pharmacy operates at optimal performance and highest standards. Additionally, you will be working closely with the superintendent pharmacist and have hands on experience leading a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS services and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers according to GPHC standard. Play an active role in supporting the pharmacy and team hit key targets. Motivate, lead, train, support and develop colleagues. Be able to use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, to meet the customers' needs. Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines. Develop strong relationships with customers, GP's, and other health professionals. Report to the superintendent pharmacists the performance of the branch whilst strategically implenting new strategies to improve performances. Profile
You will need:
MPharm degree or equivalent. Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Valid DBS. At least 2 years' experience. Able to manage and lead a high performing team.Job Offer
Competitive salary- up to £65,000 per annum. GPhC fees paid annually. 4 weeks holiday allowance plus bank holidays. Pension Contributions. Private Healthcare. Tier 2 visa support
