*KSC1T Limited (T/A Chana Chemists) is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Pharmacists and Pharmacy Managers to join our teams within the northwest London and south east area*

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven pharmacists, passionate about patient care and who will embrace the opportunity to learn new skills and reliably deliver NHS and private services.

This is a full time, permanent position for a Pharmacist Manager.

*What does a Pharmacist Manager role at our pharmacy look like?*

• Full responsibility for all aspects of the business - providing experience and development for someone who would like to establish and grow their career in running a community pharmacy business

• Developing efficient and effective dispensing, stock and other community pharmacy related processes optimising the opportunities and other workflow systems

• Leading a dedicated team and supporting their development

• Develop the pharmacy business through relevant initiatives, offering the Pharmacy First services, vaccinations, smoking cessation, blood pressure checks, contraception and developing new private services

• Focus one maintaining and improving people’s health by promoting Healthy Living Pharmacy services

• Creatively growing the business and problem-solving

• Providing an efficient, effective and clinically-sound service for our local population and maintaining our reputation as part of our community
